Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Mewly at mewly.co, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Mewly is operated by Mewly LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("we", "our", "us").
2. The service
Mewly provides social media scheduling and publishing tools. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will try to give advance notice of significant changes.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- You may not share your account or use it on behalf of someone else without their permission.
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Mewly.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Mewly to:
- Post spam, misinformation, or content that violates any platform's terms
- Run automated engagement — bulk following, liking, commenting, or replying — whether through the app, the API, or an AI agent
- Publish the same or near-identical content across many accounts to game reach
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Harass, impersonate, or harm other users
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Your content
You own the content you create in Mewly. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the service (e.g., publishing posts you schedule).
We will never use your content for advertising or sell access to it.
6. Connected platforms
Mewly publishes to the social platforms you connect. Your use of each platform stays subject to that platform's own terms, and you are responsible for making sure what you publish through Mewly complies with them.
Some platforms require us to pass their terms on to you directly. In particular, by using Mewly to publish to YouTube you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
7. Payment and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices are shown in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but we will work with you if something goes wrong.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for missed posts or scheduling failures due to downtime, platform outages, or revoked API access.
9. Intellectual property
The Mewly software, design, and branding are owned by us. These terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mewly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Sections covering intellectual property, limitation of liability, and your content survive termination.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of Mewly will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
If you use Mewly from outside the United States, you may have rights under your local law that this section does not override.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. If we make material changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to let you know — by email or with a notice in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
