Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Mewly at mewly.co, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

Mewly provides social media scheduling and publishing tools. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will try to give advance notice of significant changes.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You may not share your account or use it on behalf of someone else without their permission.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Mewly.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Mewly to:

• Post spam, misinformation, or content that violates any platform's terms
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Harass, impersonate, or harm other users

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Your content

You own the content you create in Mewly. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the service (e.g., publishing posts you schedule).

We will never use your content for advertising or sell access to it.

6. Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices are shown in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but we will work with you if something goes wrong.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for missed posts or scheduling failures due to downtime, platform outages, or revoked API access.

8. Intellectual property

The Mewly software, design, and branding are owned by us. These terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mewly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Sections covering intellectual property, limitation of liability, and your content survive termination.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
